Gateway to Honors
Honors 110 is the gateway course for the University Honors Program. While focusing on current and future college success, students learn about opportunities to become engaged in leadership, community service, research and creative arts, and global studies activities on campus and in the community. Through this course, students will:1. Understand the concepts associated with experiential learning
2. Identify their interests and passions
3. Gain an understanding about the opportunities through the University Honors Program to maximize their possibilities within the thematic areas (i.e., Community Engagement, Global Studies, Leadership, Research/Creative Arts)
4. Create an e-portfolio
5. Begin to reflect on honors experiences and learning
